Show Update

2012 started well with Ch Marksbury Serious at Maplemead, owned by Janet Alford, going Best of Breed at Crufts under Ben Reynolds Frost, and passing the controversial veterinary inspection for the 15 High Profile Breeds.

WELKS; Marksbury Ruin won the Dog CC and Best of Breed under Dick Hallawell also also passed the veterinary inspection.

SKC; Marksbury Radiant, owned by Pamela Lennon, took the Bitch CC on her first trip to the UK mainland from her home in Ulster. Marksbury Ruin won the Reserve Dog CC with Geoffrey Horswell judging.

Bloodhound Club Championship Show; Marksbury Scrumptious, owned by Julie Hudson, won the Bitch CC and Reserve Best in Show with Ruin picking up another Reserve CC and My new puppy Maplemead Melodeon going best Puppy in Show under Mary Fish.

Birmingham Nation; Marksbury Scrumptious won the Bitch CC and Ruin had another Reserve CC under Bob Hutchinson.

Windsor; Marksbury Scrumptious gained the all important 3rd CC with Best of Breed undre Diana Dixon and was then shortlisted in the Group under Dagmar Kenis Pordan.

Liskeard DCS; Melodeon (Rhubarb) was best puppy in show with a total entry of over 700.

Working Trials; Marksbury Panacea, owned by Brian and Helen Sands, has shot up through the stakes winning novice and junior first time out and second in intermediate at the Sledmere Trials.
